Place the garment in its original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the item remains in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
